Enquiries submitted through my contact form are sent directly to me by email and then deleted from the website. They are retained by the website only until they have been successfully delivered to my personal email address.
The email contact form only captures your name and email address along with the IP address of the computer you are emailing me from. No cookies are captured on my website. When you contact me, whether by telephone, by post, through my website or by e-mail, I collect the data you have given to me in order to reply with the information you need. I will email you only to reply to your enquiry, and will keep your contact details only as long as necessary to communicate with you about the services I offer and if you decide to come and see me; and will not use your email address for marketing or any other purpose.
I record your request and my reply in order to increase the efficiency of my business.
Your information
I may keep personally identifiable information associated with your message, such as your name and email address so as to be able to track my communications with you to provide a high quality service.
However, I keep this information only for as long as is necessary – if my service is not appropriate for you or if you decide not to take up the offer of an appointment, I will delete the information from my records after a maximum of three months.
